New images have emerged of the latest offering from Adidas Y3 and it seems to cut a familiar shape as they get their hands on the Stella McCartney range to create what many are claiming to be one of their worst creations to date, the Stella McCartney Adidas Ultra BOOST X.

Adopting the cringeworthy sock style, Y3 have taken it their design to a whole new level with a complete ankle length sock design that has already had a rough time in the sneaker loving community who simply haven’t taken to it by any means.

With two colourways available, orange and white or navy and gold, Y3 are hoping that they can capture some of the market that crossed over to rivals Nike as they look to flex their design skills with one of the longest sock designs we have seen to date, I mean it is basically a crew sock trainer.

Priced at $250 USD they are available for pre-order in the US at Barneys, put if comments from the community are anything to go by, Adidas could be looking at lower figures than they would have hoped.
